Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost.
Payment Terms

Liability
Gardening Services Alperton is not liable for any pre-existing conditions in your garden or property. We are also not responsible for:

- Plant diseases not observed by our team
- Natural disasters impacting the garden
We undertake all reasonable measures to prevent damage during service delivery.
Insurance
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the garden is accessible for our team. This includes:

- Secure fencing if necessary
Failure to provide adequate access may result in additional charges or rescheduling of services.
